Clients¶
If you already have an account on Chatrix.One, the next step is to install the necessary communication software. In case you do not yet have a registration and wish to obtain one, see the Registration section.
What is a Client?¶
Client is the application (software) through which we use the service. It is important to know what operating system we are working with, as it depends on what software we will choose. Below you will find a list of tested and 100% OMEMO compatible variants, according to the operating system used.

Tip
In case you decide to install Conversations from the free store F-droid, you can first install the free open source app of the same name from the official page. That way, you'll not only be able to install and uninstall apps more easily, but you'll also get a notification whenever new version is available.

The Profanity terminal client is available for: Linux, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, OSX, Windows, and Android1.
